Returns Policy

Customers may not return any opened merchandise purchased from Tiered Nutrition® unless there is a product defect or there is a medical or some other allergic reaction to the product. 

Defects include:

  • coagulation identified immediate after opening

Medical or some other allergic reaction includes:

  • unknown sensitivity to a compound in the formulation or the product
  • allergic reaction to a compound in the formulation of the product

We will not except returns for product mishandled by the customer.

Customers may return any unopened merchandise purchased from Tiered Nutrition® to Tiered Nutrition® within 14 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a registered Tiered customer in which case the store can look up a customer’s purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item.

Exchange Policy

Currently, customers may not exchange any product for another. 

Make a Return to the Tiered Nutrition® store:

Bring your purchase and receipt to Tiered Nutrition® or our representatives. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a registered Tiered customer in which case the store can look up a customer's purchase history to determine the original price that was paid for the item(s). Online orders paid for with PayPal can be returned to Tiered Nutrition® or our representatives. Please note that the customer will be refunded via a Tiered Nutrition® credit.

Don't Live Near Tiered Nutrition® or our representatives? Make a Return by Mail:

For purchases shipped to your home, send your purchase and receipt to Tiered Nutrition® or our representatives. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For Orders Placed with PayPal:

Online orders paid for with PayPal and returned to a Tiered Nutrition®  store will be refunded via Tiered Nutrition® credit for a future purchases. If you would like for your PayPal account to be credited, return your order, to Tiered Nutrition® or our representatives in person.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?

We will make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, at times items may be damaged during shipment. We understand the frustration this causes, and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at jautau@Tierednutrition.com, Chris@Tierednutrition.com or call us at 1 (415)205-2596, or 1 (650)867-0862. Give us your name, order number and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.

Can I return products I ordered through the web or over the phone to Tiered Nutrition® or their representatives?

Yes. You can return a product purchased on our website or over the phone Tiered Nutrition® or our representatives for exchange or return. You must, however, bring the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase to receive a credit if applicable. See the returns section for more details.
